Welcome! We are delighted that you will be joining us for the 2026 State Convention of the National Federation of the Blind of Ohio. This year’s theme, “Reflecting Our Journey, Shaping a New Vision: Empowering Members to Inspire the Future," celebrates our collective determination, resilience, and the unstoppable progress we continue to make in advancing independence, equality, and opportunity for blind Ohioans.
This annual gathering brings together blind individuals, families, allies, and professionals from across the state to connect, learn, advocate, and celebrate our shared commitment.
This year’s convention will be held at the:

Online Pre-Registration and Hotel Registration
Online pre-registration is open until Sunday, November 1, 2026 at 11:59 PM.
Pre-registration rates (through November 1, 2026):

If you are registering multiple people for the convention, you may register up to 10 individuals in a single submission.
Hotel packet pick-up and on-site convention registration will take place in the Pre-Function Area outside the Ballrooms. If you have already pre-registered, you will be directed to the Pre-Registration Table for a faster experience. All other attendees should visit the Registration Table to register on-site or purchase additional tickets.
Both tables will be open for two shifts on Friday, November 6 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM and again from 12:30 PM to 1:45 PM.

Payment Options and Instructions
When completing your registration, you will choose from the following payment methods:
- PayPal
- After submitting your registration form and reviewing your details, you will be redirected to the PayPal website to complete your payment.
- You can pay using either a PayPal account or a credit/debit card.
- If you do not have a PayPal account, select the button labeled “Pay using a credit or debit card.”
- On that page, enter the necessary information from your credit/debit card. There may be a checkbox selected by default on that page to create a PayPal account—please uncheck this box if you do not wish to create an account.
- Please note: The National Federation of the Blind of Ohio is unable to provide technical support for PayPal issues. For assistance, please contact PayPal directly.
- Zelle or Check
- If you choose to pay via Zelle or check, detailed payment instructions will be provided on your review and thank-you screens after submitting your registration.
- Please carefully follow these instructions to complete your payment successfully.
Confirmation Email and Receipt
Once your registration is complete, you will receive a confirmation email. Please be aware this email may be routed to your spam or junk folder, especially if this is your first time registering online. Be sure to check those folders for a message from the National Federation of the Blind of Ohio before contacting us with questions or concerns.
