The National Federation of the Blind of Ohio believes that knowledge is the key to overcoming obstacles. It is for this reason, that we support and distribute a variety of materials designed to better inform the public about the normal everyday lives led by blind people. Our state and national publications are written by and for the betterment of our collective lives.
The NFB of Ohio is proud to publish the Buckeye Bulletin, edited by President Emerita, Barbara Pierce. This helpful and insightful Ohio publication is distributed three times per year by email to subscribers, on Newsline, and this website. We invite you to read the latest issue.
The National Federation of the Blind distributes many different magazines, newspapers, newsletters, speeches, reports, books, and other pieces of literature to inform the public (blind and sighted) about the true nature of blindness and about issues of interest to the blind. The Braille Monitor and Future Reflections are just a sampling of award winning resources available to the blind. Visit the publications webpage at nfb.org to learn more.
